SIM Server

When a phone is powered on, the ID SIM senses the local active carriers and reports this information to Cell Buddy’s server; through this method, Cell Buddy's server knows the country where the user can be found and assigns the user a local SIM card. Since the phone is not yet authenticated on the GSM network, the application uses the phone’s WIFI and local hotspot to obtain local SIM card information hosted on cloud servers. Once the local SIM data from the server is downloaded on to the phone, the phone will operate as a local phone, and eliminate all roaming charges. All of this occurs while maintaining the user’s original phone number (if desired).
